Returns & Exchanges Policy
No Refunds — Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective, reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

Be reported damaged within 30 days of delivery.

Remain in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please email us at fantabulousfacktory@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. In your message, include:

Your order number

Photos clearly showing the damage

A brief description of the issue
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid shipping label for the damaged item.

Instructions on how and where to send it back.
Items returned without prior authorization and the prepaid label will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage or defects, contact us immediately—no later than 30 days from delivery—so we can arrange an exchange.
4. Final Sale Items
All sale items, clearance merchandise, and gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
5. Shipping Exchanges

We cover return shipping costs for approved damaged-item exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will ship your replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is out of stock, we will notify you and discuss alternatives.
