Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Fantabulous Facktory is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Fantabulous Facktory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any claims.

International Shipping:
